Happy New Year to everyone!

Well, we've had a few Angel Brothers gigs now with the new line-up (two fiddles hooray!). Couple more to go this month - London on 7th October, and of course the Plough Arts Centre in Torrington on 9th October. Hope to see you there!

We are just back from a trip to Norway - Nick has been playing bass for Jackie Oates at the Nordsjøfestivalen in Farsund (Becki just tagged along as a groupie!!!). 

Norway is a beautiful place but rather expensive - especially if you want a pint of beer... 

However, Becki was most impressed to find that you can get gluten-free bread almost everywhere! Fantastic!

We've just been recording some string parts for the upcoming album from Rory Garforth and Adam Myers. It's such good fun layering up all these lush sounds! Check out their stuff on myspace.

Well we've just got back from doing a couple of gigs in Pécs, Hungary. Feeling rather exhausted but very cheerful having met some wonderful people who were so friendly despite our hopeless Hungarian! Thanks everyone for making us feel so welcome but particularly to Andy and Zsuzsa for your amazing hospitality! Hopefully we'll be back soon...

A big thank you to Keith, James, Jackie and Ellie for making our CD launch so special. And thanks to everyone who came along and supported it! We had a really good time and some good tunes afterwards!
